Who’s This For?
I'm Aleah, a Syracuse University graduate and former professional tennis player on the ITF and Challenger Circuit.
I did most of my career alone. No financial backing, no real support system, and coaches who sometimes made things harder than they needed to be. I remember feeling like I had to win every tournament because I didn't know when I'd be able to afford the next one. In 2018, I returned to competition after a serious accident, and that experience completely changed how I understood mental performance and what it truly takes to sustain success at a high level.
That journey is exactly what led me to coaching. Over 10 years, I've worked with junior athletes, professional athletes, students, executives, and corporate professionals. What I've found consistently is that the key to lasting success is the same across all of them — unlocking your calm. Not the absence of pressure, but the ability to find clarity and composure within it.
The Approach
The road to what we individually define as success is often a long and windy road filled with ups and downs. The key to achieving your goals lies in understanding yourself so well that pressure has nowhere to hide and doubt has nothing to hold onto.

Middle school and high school are two of the most defining and disorienting seasons of a young person's life. New environments, shifting friendships, changing expectations, and the constant pressure of figuring out who you are and where you fit. This program gives students the tools to navigate those transitions with confidence, self awareness, and calm.
This is not about fixing anything. It is about building the foundation that everything else stands on.

This 4 week - 90 min group program focuses on building a strong sense of identity, setting goals that are truly yours, developing resilience to handle setbacks, responding to pressure with calm, and finding the balance to thrive in all aspects of life.

This program prepares athletes mentally before the season begins. We focus on setting intentions, building focus and confidence, managing expectations, and developing the mental habits that carry you through the highs and lows of a full competitive season.
3 weeks - 90 mins: $160.00 -
Designed for the often overlooked window after a season ends. This program helps athletes process the season, reconnect with their identity beyond results, set meaningful goals, and build the life skills needed to thrive in whatever comes next.
4 week group program - $150 per athlete

The length of each engagement depends on your goals and pace of progress. Most clients begin with a one- to two-month foundation, with the option to extend for continued support.
