ASM High Performance Advisory

Elite mental conditioning and communication strategy for high-stakes environments.

Who’s This For?

About Me

I'm Aleah, a Syracuse University graduate, former professional tennis player on the ITF Circuit, and founder of ASM High Performance Advisory.

Competing on the ITF and Challenger circuits taught me that high performance extends far beyond physical ability. I built my career without financial backing or a traditional support system, often navigating uncertainty, pressure, and setbacks on my own. In 2018, after returning to competition following a serious accident, my understanding of performance fundamentally changed. I realized that sustainable success isn't built on constant intensity, it's built on the ability to remain clear, composed, and intentional when the stakes are highest.

That realization became the foundation of my work.

Over the past decade, I've advised athletes, students, professionals, and executive leaders.Whether in competition, the classroom, or the boardroom, I continue to see the same pattern. Exceptional performance depends on how we think, communicate, and respond under pressure.

My work integrates elite mental conditioning with communication strategy to help individuals and organizations operate with greater clarity, resilience, and intention in high-stakes environments. Whether preparing for competition, leading through complexity, or navigating pivotal moments, the objective remains the same: to perform with composure when it matters most.

The Approach

Performance isn't defined by the absence of pressure. It's defined by how we think, communicate, and respond when pressure is present.

My approach integrates elite mental conditioning with communication strategy to help individuals, teams, and organizations operate with greater clarity, composure, and intention in high-stakes environments. The objective isn't simply to perform at a higher level. It is to perform at your best when it matters most.

Our Services

Leadership advisory for professionals and organizations focused on decision-making, communication, and performance under pressure.

1:1 coaching for students and athletes focused on mindset, confidence, and performance under pressure.

"Before coaching I was struggling with a couple of things. Lack of confidence in my abilities and skillsets which would slow down my decision making and overall performance. As well as the ability to successfully focus on a prioritized plan. During coaching, Aleah was able to understand both my strengths, weaknesses, and overall mental self -sabotage. She was able to help me see my strengths in a new light allowing me to find a new calm and peace within myself. I've spent a lot of money on therapy and coaching, but Aleah's was healing, actionable, and directive. After coaching, I've rebuilt my business completely with focus and calm. I've recaptured 20% drop and surpassed my growth expectations, because of the clarity of thought and confidence and execution I now have."

"Before I met Aleah, I had been seeing a psychologist for three years. I was really struggling with how I saw life, my goals, and what I wanted to achieve. I didn't think it was possible and struggled with a huge lack of confidence. When I met Aleah, she completely changed my perspective on who I was and what I was capable of achieving. I became happier, more focused, and more disciplined. Everything she taught me became a part of who I am today. Over time, the psychologist, who had known me longer, told me I no longer needed to come to her because she could see how much I had changed. It was true. Aleah is about progress, and while she continues to make a major difference in my life, I know I would be far worse without her."

"Before coaching, I was struggling with a lot of technical stuff on my backhand, and I also didn’t have much confidence. After coaching, even while learning new techniques and still improving, I felt much more confident, which made me play better. I appreciate that the sessions focused on what I actually needed help with and were always in my best interest. I also liked that we took the time to really focus on the small, important details, unlike other coaches, who just go through two hours’ worth of drills and work in 45 minutes and afterward, you’re just tired and don’t really learn as much as you’d like."

"Aleah helped me understand the journey of playing on the professional circuit. The ITF/Challenger circuit can be tough, and she helped me develop the mentality it takes to be successful, especially in the beginning, when you start to doubt yourself. She believed in my skill and helped me learn not to stress. Through our work, I became more focused, composed, and confident in my game."

"I met and started working with Aleah in 2021. I consider her one of the first tennis coaches I had, and I still work with her today. Not only did she help me make an amazing improvement as a tennis player, but she also made a huge difference in my mental game as well. After a certain level, tennis is mental, and it's all about making the right decisions and being present. She understands that well, and I could not be happier that I was able to work with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their mental side. This could be in life, tennis, or sports in general."

"Aleah worked alongside our team for years, supporting us through some of our highest-stakes client engagements. Her role wasn’t peripheral, she was in the room as we built real-time feedback for clients and made split-second calls that had material consequences. What set her apart wasn’t just her technical grasp of what we needed; it was her ability to keep a room composed when the pressure as on, so the people making the decisions could actually think clearly. Over the course of training thousands of managers, she helped us move teams from reactive to intentional in the middle of live, high-pressure moments, and that’s a rare skill. If you’re looking for someone who can help your team perform under real pressure, a steady hand, Aleah is who you call."
